APNS sold 20,714,286 shares of unregistered common stock at $0.14 per share to SF Capital Partners Ltd. and issued 6,214,286 five-year warrants to purchase additional shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.19 per share. The Company did not incur any banking fees associated with the transaction.
