FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Applied Biosystems Group (NYSE:ABI), an Applera Corporation business, will webcast a meeting with investors on August 14, 2007. The meeting, which will be held at Applied Biosystems’ offices in Framingham, Massachusetts, is scheduled to begin at approximately 1:30 p.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. ET. Mark Stevenson, Executive Vice President, will provide an overview and update of the Molecular and Cell Biology Divisions and the Applied Markets Division. Laura Lauman, president of the Proteomics and Small Molecule Division, and Dale Patterson, senior director, will present an overview and update of their division. Following the presentations, the Applied Biosystems managers will take questions from the investors attending the meeting.
