FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Applied Biosystems Group (NYSE: ABI), an Applera Corporation business, today reported net revenues of $530.0 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2007, a 10% increase over the prior year quarter revenues of $481.9 million. Revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 included a favorable impact of slightly more than 3% related to the March 2006 acquisition of the Research Products Division of Ambion, Inc. The net effect of foreign currency on net revenues was a favorable impact of slightly more than 2% compared to the prior year quarter.
