("Amilpar") (BOVESPA: AMIL3) , in accordance with CVM Instruction 358, of January 3, 2002, informs that CVM Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission), approved on July 7, 2010 the request for the cancellation of the public company register of Medial Saude S.A. ("Medial").
Due to Medial's register cancellation, Amilpar now is the only listed and publicly traded company in the group.
