American Heart Association Release: High Blood Pressure in Young Adults Likely to go Undiagnosed

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 6, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Adults 18-24 years old with high blood pressure were 28 percent less likely to be diagnosed during doctor visits than those 60 and older, according to findings presented at the American Heart Association's Scientific Sessions 2012.
