Amarillo Biosciences, Inc. (ABI) (OTC BB: AMAR) today announced that it has nominated Messrs. Thomas W. D'Alonzo, Esq. and Thomas Ulie, CFA, to its Board of Directors. Shareholders will formally vote on these nominations at ABI's Annual Shareholders' Meeting, which is scheduled to be held in Amarillo on June 22, 2006.
