AMSTERDAM, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Akzo Nobel (AKZO.AS: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday it plans to sell a 20 to 30 percent stake in its drugs business and called for a shareholder meeting next month to approve the breakup of the company.
