ARNHEM, Netherlands, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Shareholders of Dutch chemical group Akzo Nobel NV (AKZO.AS: Quote, Profile, Research)(AKZOY.O: Quote, Profile, Research) approved on Thursday breaking up the firm into two independent companies.
