US-based medical device company AirXpanders Inc is seeking to raise $36.5 million in an initial public offering to fund the regulatory approvals and commercial launch of its breast tissue expander product AeroForm.
The company plans to sell 73 million CHESS depository interests (CDI) on the ASX at an offer price of 50c each, according to its prospectus lodged with the regulator. Each CDI would be worth one-third of the AirXpanders share.
