LOS ANGELES, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Affymetrix Inc. (AFFX.O: Quote, Profile, Research), a maker of microchips used in genetic and drug research, said on Monday that it expects costs of a previously announced restructuring to total $15 million to $19 million.
