PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Affymax, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFFY) today reported financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007. The net loss for the second quarter of 2007 was $9.2 million compared to a net loss of $27.8 million for the second quarter of 2006. The net loss for the first six months of 2007 was $16.4 million compared to a net loss of $34.5 million for the first six months of 2006.
