As previously announced, today is the last day of trading in the Aerocrine stock on Nasdaq Stockholm. Following completion of the recent public tender offer, Circassia Pharmaceuticals Plc (“Circassia”) has initiated a mandatory redemption procedure to acquire all shares not already held by Circassia.
