CHELMSFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Earlier this year, ZOLL Medical Corporation (NasdaqGS: ZOLL) began to execute a field corrective action on its AED Plus® automated external defibrillator. While the Company has made multiple notifications, due to the broad range of customers involved the corrective action continues. In order to ensure defective devices have been remedied, the Company has increased its efforts to notify customers via mail and telephone. Customers who have not yet performed the required software update AND submitted confirmation to ZOLL are urged to do so as soon as possible.
