EXTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Adolor Corporation (NasdaqGM: ADLR) today announced the following promotions: Michael D. Adelman has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Marketing and Sales. Mr. Adelman, 39, joined Adolor in late 2008 as Senior Director, Marketing where he directed the Company’s marketing activities for ENTEREG® (alvimopan). Prior to joining Adolor, Mr. Adelman held positions of increasing responsibility at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, LP in Product Marketing and Sales, including serving on the Marketing Strategy Leadership Team.
