Major American clinical research business Accelovance Inc is to set up its European headquarters in Swansea creating 70 highly skilled jobs in the area.
Accelovance is making the move following a promise of financial support from the Welsh Government.
The news will be announced today by Economy Minister Edwina Hart, who welcomed the inward investment and said Wales was chosen above a number of other locations that were also under consideration.
