AAIPharma, Inc. Sells Division to Chicago Firm for $75 Million

BizJournals -- The pharmaceutical development division of AAI Pharma has been acquired for $75 million by Chicago private equity firm Water Street Healthcare Partners. The deal was closed on July 16.
