Wockhardt, Abbott Laboratories Call Off Nutrition Business Deal

DNA -- Almost eight months after it entered into a deal with US-based Abbott to sell its nutrition business, homegrown Wockhardt on Thursday announced the two companies have “jointly decided to terminate the agreement.”
