Our work provided us with exciting challenges? We were motivated to get up in the morning to go to work? We were well paid well for doing something we love? More and more people are now beginning to change their careers at least once, if not, several times throughout their working life. The choices they made as a teenager, may no longer be appropriate for who they are today. The increasing rate of change in society, have resulted in people having to review where they are, either because they have moved around, because they need more money or just suffering from the belief that everyone is else is doing much better than they are. For some people they believe they are trapped by the work they do.
