Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) announced today Terry Kelly is stepping down as President of TA Instruments effective immediately.

Mr. Carson will be working closely with the seasoned TA management team during the transition and assist in the process underway of identifying a new leader for the division. Prior to joining Waters in 2018, Mr. Carson spent 16 years at Medtronic, where he most recently was Vice President & General Manager of the company’s pacemaker business.
