("Chindex") (Nasdaq:CHDX), a leading independent American provider of Western healthcare products and services in the People's Republic of China, today announced an agreement to sell Vital Images' software as part of the Chindex medical product portfolio in China. Vital Images' software is approved by the China's State Food and Drug Administration for sale in China, and will be marketed by Chindex to hospitals throughout the country.
