ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (NYSE:VRX) today announced the election of G. Mason Morfit to its Board of Directors. Mr. Morfit has been elected by the Board of Directors to fill an open board position for a term that expires at the 2008 Annual Stockholders Meeting. Mr. Morfit’s election brings the company’s board to eight members.
