MELBOURNE, Australia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Medical technology company Cogstate Limited (ASX:CGS) (Cogstate or the Company) has today announced a Private Placement (Placement) to two US investors to raise approximately A$3.5 million to drive business growth. Cogstate has also announced a fully underwritten non-renounceable rights issue (Rights Issue) to raise an additional A$4.05 million.
