Concurrently, the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Fred B. Parks as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman effective immediately. The Company has engaged SpencerStuart, a leading executive search consulting firm, to assist the Company in its search for a CEO. The Board of Directors also announced today that it has appointed William M. Moore to the Company’s Board of Directors effective immediately.
