The U-Systems’ somo•VIEWer™* advanced workstation for Automated Breast Ultrasound has been licensed for use with Siemens’ ACUSON S2000 Automated Breast Volume Scanner (ABVS)** recently introduced at RSNA 2008. This will allow physicians to obtain the comprehensive 3D view of the breast volume which features U-Systems’ intuitive anatomical coronal plane not available with conventional ultrasound systems.
