Transgene (Eurolist Paris: FR0005175080) announced today that, in connection with the capital increase launched on 11 June 2007, Bryan, Garnier & Co, acting as Sole Lead Manager and Bookrunner, has exercised today in full the 15% over-allotment option granted by Transgene, adding 13.1 million euros to the capital increase and raising the number of new shares issued by 715,431 shares.
