MedPage Today -- A topical spray applied five minutes before intercourse delays premature ejaculation, researchers found. In a phase III randomized controlled trial, men with the condition who used the investigational PSD502 spray extended time to ejaculation from less than a minute to about four minutes, W. Wallace Dinsmore, M.D., and Michael G. Wyllie, M.D., of Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, Ireland, reported online in the British Journal of Urology.
