IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- More than 3,000 mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, pharmacists and nurse practitioners were registered to attend this year's 17th annual U.S. Psychiatric & Mental Health Congress. The event, sponsored by CME LLC and held in San Diego, November 18-21, provided clinicians with important information on the latest research findings and treatment options in the field of mental health. CME is now accepting presentations for the 2005 event, taking place November 7-10, 2005 in Las Vegas.

The 2004 Congress featured more than 130 sessions across 11 educational tracks, and attendees learned from leading medical authorities about the latest clinical diagnostic and treatment therapies. Some earned more than 30 accredited continuing medical education credits.
More than 100 clinical research posters were presented at the congress with 50 of these presenting research data to the medical community for the first time. Among the dozens of noted clinicians that attended this year's congress and served as faculty, Howard E.
