NEW YORK (AP) -- Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., the world’s largest maker of generic drugs, said Friday that an appeals court has blocked the Food and Drug Administration’s final approval of a generic form of Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.'s cholesterol drug Pravachol.
