WATERTOWN, Mass., March 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:TTPH) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,300,000 shares of common stock for a public offering price of $35.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Tetraphase from this offering are expected to be approximately $150.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by Tetraphase. Tetraphase has granted to the underwriters participating in the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 645,000 shares of common stock. All of the shares of common stock to be sold in the offering are to be sold by Tetraphase. The offering is expected to close on or about March 17, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
