(BUSINESS WIRE)--Targeted Genetics Corporation (Pink Sheets:TGEN), or the Company, today announced that the Superior Court of the State of Washington issued an order authorizing the Company to set the record date for the Company’s next Annual Meeting on a date consistent with the Company’s bylaws and Washington law. This ruling follows the Company’s request that the Court reconsider its prior order resetting the record date for the Company’s next Annual Meeting from December 10, 2010 to December 2, 2010.
