HUDSON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Taconic announced that it recently held its first annual Global R&D Symposium, bringing together renowned industry experts, scientific leaders from academia and scientists from the various functional areas within Taconic responsible for driving new product, technology and service innovations. The international meeting, which included participants from the United States and Europe and was held September 3 and 4, was part of Taconic’s long-term strategic planning initiative, focused on achieving the goal of developing new and more predictive mouse and rat models for drug discovery and pre-clinical development.
