NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SpectRx, Inc. (OTCBB: SPRX) today announced the retirement of Director Chris Monahan. The previously announced retirement is effective October 9, 2006. Mr. Monahan, 67, served as a Director of SpectRx, Inc. since September 2000. A search for his successor is underway.
