COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Spectranetics Corporation (Nasdaq:SPNC) today announced that it has settled its intellectual property dispute with Medtronic, and that Medtronic has taken a license to the patent at issue in the litigation.
