Sonitor Technologies, a leader in Real-Time Locating Systems (RTLS), today announced that is has expanded its board and executive leadership team to help guide the company’s strategy and future growth plans.
The Sonitor U.S. Board will now include James M. Cotter J.D. He is a leading mergers and acquisitions expert who co-founded the investment management firm Breeden Capital Management. Cotter also served as vice chairman and partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, an international law firm headquartered in New York, where his practice focused primarily on merger and acquisition advisory work.
