Shanghai. August 7. INTERFAX-CHINA - Shenzhen government has startedplanning the establishment of a national biopharmaceutical industrialbase in the city. It will inject RMB 7.2 bln (USD 900 mln) into the project, which will beapproved by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).
