(Nasdaq:SENO), a company that manufactures and sells minimally invasive medical devices used by breast care specialists for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, today announced that Hologic and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cytyc Corporation, had filed a lawsuit against SenoRx in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, San Jose Division.
