French drugmaker Sanofi-Synthelabo (SASY.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it plans to file its unsolicited takeover bid for Franco-German rival Aventis (AVEP.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) with U.S. regulators before the end of the month.
