Tokyo, Apr 14, 2006 (JCN) - Sanofi-aventis has agreed with Astellas Pharma on the transfer of all rights regarding rimonabant, an anti-obesity and smoking-cessation drug currently held by Fujisawa sanofi-aventis, a joint venture company of sanofi-aventis and Astellas Pharma.
