Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates®, Ms. Sierra worked as a human resources generalist, with an emphasis on recruiting and HRIS, at Biotech companies including Ligand Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Nereus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in San Diego, and ViroLogic, Inc. (now Monogram Biosciences a LabCorp Company) in South San Francisco. Earlier in her career, Linda held executive administrative support roles with Canji, Inc., Cytel Corporation, and Ernst & Young.
