This device automates the collection of DNA fragments for next generation sequencing library preparations, and replaces manual gel purification techniques that typically require hours of effort. The Pippin Prep uses a proprietary electrophoretic approach that extracts narrow size distributions from sheared genomic DNA, provides high product recovery, and requires only 1-2 minutes of labor per sample.
