Royal Philips Electronics N.V., Bon Secours Charity Health Forge $180 Million Multi-Year Deal

Royal Philips and Westchester Medical Center Health Network’s Bon Secours Charity Health System said today that they signed a multi-year strategic partnership worth $180 million, aiming to transform healthcare delivery in New York’s Hudson Valley.

The deal builds on the 15-year, $500 million deal the Dutch company signed with Westchester back in 2015. The enterprise managed service deal with BSCHS calls for Philips to provide imaging systems, patient monitoring, telehealth and clinical informatics solutions, plus a “comprehensive range” of clinical and business services.
