A representative marketing the sprawling Roche campus that straddles Nutley and Clifton is “pretty confident” the property will be sold to a developer before the end of the year. Tom Stanton, managing director at Jones Lang LaSalle, the real estate firm marketing the property, said the pharmaceutical giant’s former home has drawn interest from more than 30 groups, but he declined to say which developers are close to considering a deal. JLL hopes to sell the 116-acre campus as a single parcel.
