BASEL, Switzerland, Feb 7 (Reuters) - Swiss drugmaker Roche Holding AG (ROG.VX: Quote, Profile , Research) may increase its stakes in Genentech (DNA.N: Quote, Profile , Research) and Chugai Pharmaceutical (4519.T: Quote, NEWS , Research) but is not interested in large acquisitions, its chief executive said on Wednesday.
