(NASDAQ: REST), developer of the innovative Pillar® Palatal Implant System – a simple, minimally-invasive treatment for individuals suffering from snoring and mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) – today announced that net sales for the third quarter of 2006 are expected to be approximately $1.2 million, of which approximately 90% are from domestic customers. The Company also expects net sales for 2006 of $6.0 million to $6.3 million, compared with previous guidance for 2006 net sales of $7.8 million to $8.2 million.
