(NYSE:MDT) for Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. CDT at the offices of Dorsey & Whitney LLP located at 50 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 6, 2008, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
