LUND, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: BioInvent International AB (STO:BINV): In accordance with the proposal previously communicated, the Extraordinary General Meeting of BioInvent today 19 June resolved on an amendment of the articles of association and on a reduction of the Company’s share capital for the purpose of covering part of the Company’s loss while at the same time better adapt the size of the share capital to the Company’s business.
