(OTCBB: REMI) today announced that it has signed an exclusive multi-year sales and distribution agreement with Savant Distribution Limited, UK for Reme)sense™, Remedent’s product to treat sensitive teeth. Sensitive teeth is one of the most common complaints adults have about their teeth. One once a month easy 10 minute application of Reme)sense produces immediate relief for up to 4 months. The agreement gives Savant exclusive distribution rights to sell and distribute Reme)sense in the UK and Ireland through all distribution channels. Savant, at its cost and expense, will promote and advertise Reme)sense throughout the UK and Ireland. Savant agrees to purchase over the first 12 months of the agreement a large six-figure € order to satisfy the terms of the agreement with a significant portion of the first year minimum as a first order. The agreement will continue in force for a period of 3 years and shall automatically be renewed for successive 5-year terms unless terminated by written notice at least six months prior to the end of the initial one year period.
