(Nasdaq:RDUS), a science-driven biopharmaceutical company focused on developing new therapeutics for patients with advanced osteoporosis as well as other serious endocrine-mediated diseases, including hormone responsive cancers, announced today that it has priced its public offering of 2,750,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $18.25 per share. In addition, Radius Health has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 412,500 shares of common stock.
Jefferies LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers and underwriters for the offering, and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is serving as co-manager.
