NEW YORK, July 11 (Reuters) - Quest Diagnostics Inc. (DGX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) will take pretax charges of $32 million to $39 million for the announced discontinuation of operations at Nichols Institute Diagnostics, according to a regulatory filing released on Tuesday.
