CRO is the fourth Italian hospital to have a Mobetron and the 23rd Mobetron ordered worldwide. Mobetron is an FDA-approved, easily transportable electron-beam device designed for Intraoperative Electron Radiation Therapy (IOERT), or the direct application of radiation to a tumor while a patient is undergoing cancer surgery.
